Delete Your Account

You can delete your laughmi account and all associated data at any time, either from within the app or from this page.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open laughmi and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account enters a 7-day grace period — sign back in any time during those 7 days to cancel the deletion and keep your account.

Option 2: Without the app

Email support@laughmi.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll start the deletion process within 5 business days; the same 7-day grace period applies from that point.

What gets deleted

Once the grace period ends, we permanently delete your profile, companions, conversations, messages, memories, relationship data, and all associated images from storage. Some records may be retained beyond that where we're legally required to (e.g. financial/transaction records), or where they exist only in anonymized/aggregated form that no longer identifies you.
